Dimensions of organizational culture, training and development, job environment, and supervisor relationship have implications for employee engagement. Employee engagement is needed to produce high-quality work results in the application company. The purpose of the research was to analyze the factors with implications for employee engagement. The research objective was an application-based technology company in Indonesia. The sampling approach used a stratified method. Then, the number of respondents was 100 people. Meanwhile, the analysis method applied Partial Least Square (PLS). The results reveal that four variables have implications for employee engagement. The training and development dimension has the highest implications for employee engagement. The company must implement organizational culture in accordance with its core business values. Then, the conduciveness of the work environment must be increased to provide a positive psychological effect for employees. Similarly, supervisor relationships must be well maintained to monitor the work process. These four variables prove that the application-based technology company needs an increase in employee engagement to generate new business ideas. Innovation and creativity can be generated through employee engagement. The conclusion is that application-based technology company must pay attention to the application of culture organization and the sustainability of training and development programs, provide a comfortable job environment, and maintain supervisor relationships with their employees.

The main purpose of the study is to assess changes in the automotive business related to the development of the main directions of post-crisis development of the automotive business ecosystem, taking into account the internal restructuring of the management system and the mechanism of state support in the conditions of global and regional isolation. Research hypothesis: the pandemic is dangerous to the population as a disease. Its development has influenced the behavioral aspects of the workforce and consumers. The external business environment changes and causes changes in the management system. Moreover, there are new forms of business models that have an effect and can be used in post-crisis development. In the conditions of instability and sanctions restrictions, possible solutions in the ecosystem of the automotive business can be the formation of the strength of the value chain at the global and regional levels. The specific tasks addressed in the article are aimed at creating conditions for adapting businesses and the population to the conditions of restrictions and looking for ways to help those most affected by these restrictions. First, it is necessary to assess the company's stress tolerance. We think that this is not only financial stress resistance, but also psychological, behavioral, managerial, system, team, client, etc. Assessment gives an understanding of the mechanism of action and the possibility of stress relief. The sectoral features of state support for the automotive business ecosystem remain insufficiently studied.

La gestión del talento humano es un aspecto determinante de la sostenibilidad organizacional; pues son las personas las que hacen posible el logro de los objetivos propuestos a partir de su esfuerzo y compromiso. De allí la importancia de abordar en este artículo, el nivel de productividad laboral en 25 empresas del sector panificador del Valle del Cauca, Colombia. El diseño metodológico de este estudio utiliza un enfoque cuantitativo haciendo uso de los procedimientos de la investigación correlacional para determinar cuáles dimensiones que integran la productividad laboral, explican mejor su variación. Se aplicaron dos encuestas estructuradas, la primera a 25 gerentes propietarios y administradores de los puntos de venta de las panaderías; y la segunda a 155 empleados. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron establecer que, si se fomenta la participación del personal, el liderazgo y el trabajo en equipo/cohesión en las organizaciones, se espera que el nivel de productividad se incremente. Así, como conclusión, los principales aportes de esta investigación se centran en la medición de la productividad laboral de una forma integral, como instrumento diagnóstico para el sector panificador del Valle del Cauca y como insumo para colocar en marcha los planes de acción que contribuyan a su mejoramiento.
