The Influence of Educational Training Program Traits Perceived by Employee on Organizational Effectiveness and Job Performance

Abstract: Using data from 286 employees who were working in medium and small company in Busan, the study analyzed the influence of educational training program traits perceived by employee on organizational effectiveness and job performance.
