The influence of different Ni contents on the radar absorbing properties of FeNi nano powders

Abstract: Absorbing property of Fe20Ni80 nanopowder was better than that of other Fe100−xNix powder fabricated by liquid phase reduction method. Absorbing band could be effectively broadened and absorbing property improved through optimal structural designs.

“…In the following context we show one of these published results compared with our simulation results. The setup of that published work is in the form of a MA layer backed by a PEC ground plane as shown in the inset of Figure 4, taken from [13]. Good agreement between the results of our simulation and those from [13] is obtained, as shown in Figure 3.…”

Good agreement between the results of our simulation and those from [13] is obtained, as shown in Figure 3. This comparison shows that the simulation setup used in this work and the obtained results are quite accurate and realistic.…”

“…due to the electromagnetic interference (EMI). 3,4 In order to avoid these problems, need of tuned-frequency elastomeric absorbers are increasingly felt. The conventional radar absorption materials are mainly ferrites based, 5 carbon based, 6 graphene/CNT based, 7,8 conducting polymer and hollow microsphere based.…”
