Introduction: Recent studies have shown that altitude training can significantly improve hemoglobin content in athletes. This allows for greater oxygen transport to the muscles and, consequently, greater load capacity during training. However, there is no confirmed evidence of athlete-specific training in martial arts. Objective: Explore the load capacity and ability changes caused by high altitude training in athletes. Methods: The research selected ten high-level martial arts athletes as volunteers to compare the functional changes caused by high-altitude training. Physical and functional data were collected before the beginning of the experiment and at its conclusion after three weeks. Results: Measured abilities were significantly improved after 11 days of altitude physical training. After 21 days of altitude training, these abilities improved significantly. The urea nitrogen and creatine kinase values increased rapidly with increasing load intensity in the first stage, peaked in the second stage, and decreased in the third stage. Conclusion: Training in the low-pressure hypoxic environment at high altitude, using dual stimulation of hypoxia and exercise to make the athletes stress response, can stimulate the physical potential to achieve a range of physiological abilities to improve the body’s resistance to hypoxia. Introduction: Physical fitness training is essential for performing tactical training and improving performance in martial arts competitions, and is a critical element in improving the speed, strength, and endurance of its athletes. Objective: This paper explores the effect of physical fitness training on the main tasks of university martial arts practitioners. Methods: By selecting 16 university martial arts practitioners as volunteers, they received 12 weeks of physical fitness training, whereas only the experimental group received the specially designed martial arts fitness training. The athletes’ stability and strength were measured before and after the training application, and their data were analyzed through the statistical method. Results: In the eight-level abdominal bridge test, the experimental group's results were significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the pre and post-tests of athletes of different levels in the eight-level abdominal bridge test (P<0.05). Exercise training significantly improved the performance of both groups of athletes (P<0.05). Conclusion: The specially designed martial arts fitness training combined with routine training can effectively improve university students’ fitness and technical level. To extract the main structural features, we first use the CRF algorithm to annotate different knowledge feature vectors based on cognitive mapping in this paper. To mine the correlation between the main structures and fuse them, the G-DINA technique is employed to set the threshold value. The response function is utilized to diagnose the cognitive parameters of students and accurately quantify their cognitive state. According to the results, the educational platform has an average coverage rate of 78%. The average cognitive index scores of the students were 75, and 92% were content with the teaching effectiveness of the platform. The intelligent Civic Education Platform constructed based on cognitive mapping integrates Confucianism and culture to achieve two-way development.
