Although the film and television media sector is seeing significant growth, there is still a lag in film and television media majors at colleges and institutions. As a result, the colleges must keep pace with the current development trend. In order to better prepare students for the film and television industry, film and television media majors must rethink their teaching methods and promote students’ artistic ideas and professional skills. In the context of surging numbers of students and limited teaching resources, traditional teaching has highlighted many problems. Some film and television media majors have set up corresponding computer courses to make up for the deficiencies of traditional teaching through computer multimedia technology and network technology. This work is oriented to the design of computer courses for film and television media majors. First, this work aims at the current situation of computer courses in film and television media majors, analyzes the existing problems and causes, and explores ways to solve them. Second, this work proposes the IGA-BP model based on neural network to evaluate the teaching quality of computer courses for film and television media majors. In view of the excellent global optimization ability of GA and the defects of the BP algorithm itself, this work adopts the improved GA algorithm to optimize the BP network, and establishes an IGA-BP network combination model with higher prediction accuracy. Third, this work has carried out sufficient experiments, and the experimental results have verified that the IGA-BP network can effectively evaluate the teaching quality of computer courses in film and television media majors. In addition, the comparative experiment also verifies that the computer course design scheme proposed in this work can effectively improve the teaching quality.

The rapid change of film and television equipment has accelerated the development and change of the film and television industry, which puts forward higher requirements for talents in film and television art. Audile & Visual Art Expression course is the basic course for film & television art majors in colleges and universities, which is an important part of cultivating film & television talents. This paper reviews the relevant history of Audile & Visual Art Expression course, and finds that the existing teaching cases to carry out related teaching activities can only complete part of the teaching work, unable to realize the comprehensive development of film and television talents, and then the researcher puts forward the realistic problems about the timeliness of the cases, the originality of the cases, the diversity of the cases selected and the teaching hardware and facilities, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to promote the application and development of the teaching cases of Audile & Visual Art Expression course. development of teaching cases in audiovisual language courses.

In today's changing social background, lm creative talents cultivated through higher education are di cult to fully adapt to the environment. This paper tries to break the bottleneck of lm creation talents by introducing arti cial neural network technology, and is committed to cultivating innovative talents. By using arti cial neural network technology, the optimal model can be obtained based on target training samples. The main unit of this network technology is neuron. Through the design experiment, we can know that if we want to obtain the best convolutional network reconstruction model, the probability p value must be set to 0.1. Under this environment, the accuracy and convergence speed of the model will be greatly improved, so as to effectively analyze the research on creative talent training path. Then, this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of lm creation talent training by establishing a talent development prediction function. Through the innovation ability test of the target group and the comprehensive description of the function realization, the following characteristics are obtained: the target student group lacks innovation awareness, but has strong skills and rich imagination. Although the innovation personality is outstanding, the overall innovation ability is still low. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the innovation level of the target student group. Based on this, this paper puts forward several suggestions for talent cultivation. This paper designs several training paths by introducing arti cial neural network into the training process of lm creation talents.
