The run up to the long jump is the important initial stage. This initial stage determines the results of the jump. Because if the speed is obtained at the start, it will affect the explosive power when making a jump so that the after repulsion becomes perfect and produces the best jump. The problems in this study were (1) What are the results of the analysis of the starting distance with the results of long jumps in class VII A students of Jombang State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 8 (2) Which starting distance produces the farthest jump in class VII A students of Jombang State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 8? This study used a quantitative approach with percentage descriptive techniques. The instrument used in this research was the kinovea application. The conclusions of this study (1) the results of the initial distance analysis in the long jump had an important role in producing the farthest jump. Because the starting distance will determine the inertia force that will occur causing a person's thrust to produce great power at the time of take off, resulting in the farthest jump, (2) The 30 meter run up distance is the best starting distance compared to the 35 meter and 40 run up distances. This study aims to analyze the impact of Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (Indonesia: Implementasi Kerikulum Merdeka/IKM) on teacher competence, professionalism and teacher professional development. This research is an exploratory research, namely research that seeks to explore the causes and impacts and factors that influence it. The results showed that the IKM had a significant impact on the competence, professionalism and development of the teaching profession. Based on competence, the impact of IKM on teacher competence states that 47% of teachers are highly competent and 51% of teachers are competent. Judging from the professionalism of teachers in teaching, it is proven that 97% of teachers understand and master the assessment of students, 99% of teachers are able to design learning and are very good at learning concepts and materials. Meanwhile, from the development of the teaching profession, most teachers have the habit of self-reflection and have emotional maturity. Teachers also have a high concern for students and have a spirit of mutual cooperation.

The Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Teacher Performance at the Pustek Serpong Vocational School in South Tangerang

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline, either partially or simultaneously on teacher performance at Pustek Pustek Serpong, South Tangerang. In this study, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, which amounted to 60 respondents. The data analysis methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Normality Test, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, Multiple Linear Regression, Partial significant test (t test) and simultaneous significant test (F test). The results of the study indicate that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 56.1% influence while the remaining 43.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the Fcount value of 36.423 is greater than Ftable of 3.16 with a significant level of 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that simultaneously motivation and discipline have a significant and significant effect on teacher performance.
