In this study, it was aimed to determine the opinions of university students studying in the Department of Electrical Engineering about the distance education process they received during the pandemic. The quantitative research method was used in the research. The research consisted of 390 volunteer university students studying at 16 universities in Russia; the universe of the research was determined as the distance education system and the sample was determined as ‘Microsoft Teams’. In order to collect the data of the research, a measurement tool called ‘technology use’ developed by the researchers was used and applied. For the measurement tool, help was received from experts in the field and have worked in these fields. The data were shared with university students via an online questionnaire and their participation was ensured and collected. When looking at the research, it was stated that university students frequently used their distance education centre infrastructure with Microsoft Teams infrastructure in the distance education process and they used Microsoft Teams elements in the activities. When the results of the research are discussed, they stated that the technology levels of the university students were high; that they learned the whiteboard and electric fields in the classroom activities; and that the topics covered and the questions solved in the lessons were high with the re-watch method.

Dealing with these situations, educators must approach them with sensitivity and take the right steps to handle them. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the teacher and the strategies they use in handling children with speech delays. The subjects of this study were preschool teachers who directly worked with such children. The data was collected through interviews and observations. The qualitative data showed that participants faced various challenges. The researcher concluded that the teacher's role is to create a conducive learning environment, encourage children to participate actively in activities, facilitate children to interact and cooperate in small groups, make learning plans, conduct continuous assessments, and create reports on children's individual development and learning. Teachers should use various learning methods, educational media, and provide positive feedback to students..

Speech disorder in preschool children is among the most common nosologies. The relevance of studying the feasibility of using physical education means in work with children with speech development disorders is due to the data of scientific research, which emphasises the connection between the speech and motor skills of preschool children. The purpose of the study was to investigate the peculiarities of communication abilities and motor development of 5-6-year-old children with speech disorders and to determine, based on the analysis of scientific literature, the most appropriate means of physical education used in the work with children of this nosology. The research was conducted on the basis of preschool educational institutions No. 779 and No. 652 of combined type in Kyiv. The study involved 40 children aged 5-6 years with speech development disorders. During the ascertaining experiment, the children’s communication abilities and the level of their motor development were assessed. It has been established that 50% of preschool children with speech development disorders have not undergone the operations of successive analysis and synthesis at the nonverbal level, which were assessed on the basis of the “Turtle” method. It was found that most preschoolers have not developed the nominative function of speech for communication with others – the ability to convey their thoughts through words, gestures, and signs – as evidenced by the results of the assessment of expressive and imprecatory speech. Children with speech development disorders have a delay in motor development, as evidenced by the results of motor tests. The obtained results should serve as a basis for the choice of physical education means in the educational process with preschool children with speech disorders and in the development of comprehensive programmes aimed at their correction
