The Importance of Effective Business Communication on the Performance of the Employees

Abstract

The presence of effective business communication, both internal and external, is of great importance for the organization. The subject of this research relates to the importance of effective business communication on employee performance, that is, internal communication. The goal of the research is to indicate the contribution of effective business communication in the organization. The results of the work indicate that it is important to develop skills that lead to the so-called effective business communication so that, thanks to this, employee performance and job satisfaction lead to the achievement of the goals and mission of the organization.
