The importance of chemoprophylaxis in tuberculosis: On occasion of eight cases in the same family

Abstract: Contact screening and in cases required initiating chemoprophylaxis are great importance for control of tuberculosis (TB). In this paper eight TB cases that occurred among the same family members in 23 years were discussed. . After detection of the index case, failure to contact screening and initiating chemoprophylaxis caused to occurrence of other cases.
