“…Due to the lack of current methods for evaluating green potential, GPRT was created by altering the indicators of the existing green building rating tools. GPRT is adequate as a straightforward technique to evaluate green potential, but it may still be improved by evaluating the suggested indications and grading system using professional opinions and insights (Denan et al, 2017;Le et al, 2021;Seki et al, 2022).
