“…The results of this study indicate that the microbial community associated with the treatments was represented by 17 classes in water and gut samples, of which those with the highest relative abundance were: Alphaproteobacteria (Phylum Proteobacteria), Betaproteobacteria (Phylum Proteobacteria), Gammaproteobacteria (Phylum Proteobacteria), Actinobacteria (Phylum Actinobacteria), Flavobacteria (Phylum Bacteroidetes) and Sphingobacteria, but the Class Alphaproteobacteria and Betaproteobacteria were those with the highest relative abundance in all treatments, which coincides with a study carried out with shrimp culture in biofloc, reported by Addo et al (2021). These results agree with those reported by Kim et al (2021), who evaluated the effect of wheat flour on the microbial composition in the water of a biofloc system with shrimp ( L. vannamei ) culture and found that the members of the phyla with the highest relative abundance were Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Actinobacteria, which coincides with the results of this study.…”
