The impacts of organizational culture on the organizational commitment: A case study of Vinaphone’s business centers in Southwest Vietnam

Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the extent to which organizational culture factors impact the staff’s organizational commitment in a local telecommunication company located in Southwest Vietnam.
