“…In contrast to our study, Tsolakidis et al, (27) researched the effect on ovarian reserve after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy versus three-stage management in cases with endometriomas as respects AFC, the operated ovary increased significantly (p = 0.002) in group 2 (three-stage laser vaporization) (from 1.27-4.36) in relation to group 1 (ovarian cystectomy) (from 2-2.38), no explanation was available for these progressions aside from that decompression could release same compressed follicles form physical concealment.…”

“…In the cystectomized ovaries, the preoperative ovarian volume was 13.03 ± 1.13 cm3, which tumbled to 6.27 ±1.95 cm3 in the postcystectomy arrange. As opposed to our study, Tsolakidis et al, (27) found no impact on ovarian volume in three-stage management comparing it with stripping.…”

“…(28) In contrast to our study Dimitrios Tsolakidis etal, investigated the impact on ovarian reserve after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy versus three-stage management in patients with endometriomas as regards AFC the operated ovary increased significantly (P=0.002) in group 2(three-step laser vaporization) (from 1.27-4.36) in relation to group 1 (ovarian cystectomy ) (from 2-2.38) no explanation was present for this changes. (13) As regards ovarian volume in our study, in the cystectomized ovaries (Group1), the preoperative ovarian volume was with mean ± SD= 11.35 ± 2.04(cm 3 ), which fell to 9.25 ± 1.56 cm 3 after 1month, 7.42 ± 1.71 cm 3 after 3months and then 7.33 ± 1.89 cm 3 after 6months in the post cystectomy stages, In the coagulated ovary(Group2) the precoagulation ovarian volume was with mean ± SD = 11.30 ± 2.07 cm 3 had fallen to 9.61 ± 1.81 cm 3 after 1month, 8.35 ± 1.76 cm 3 after 3months and then 8.25 ± 1.79 cm 3 after 6months in postcoagulation stages, our results was with agreement of Turgut Var et al, (28) In the coagulated ovary, the ovarian volume preoperative and postoperative(after 6months) follicles was compared; the precoagulation ovarian volume = 13.56 ± 1.5 had fallen to 9.87 ± 2.05by the postcoagulation stage. The difference was statistically significant (P=0.01).…”

“…technika trójstopniowa zaproponowana przez Donnez i wsp. powoduje mniejsze uszkodzenia jajnika w porównaniu z wyłuszczeniem [28]. Potwierdzili to, oznaczając stężenie hormonu antymüllerowskiego (anti--müllerian hormone -AMH), który dzięki swym unikalnym właściwościom należy do markerów odzwierciedlających AFC (rezerwa jajnikowa).…”
