Abstract: This study examined the relationship between urban culture and street vending. Prior research on this topic is limited and inconclusive. Therefore, we have proposed an integrated model to test the positive effect of urban culture on street vending using multiple mediations of consumption patterns, resistance, and microfinance. “…We additionally found, on another project, that resistance mediates the impact of urban culture on street vending; a low-income consumption pattern and resistance sequentially mediate the impact of urban culture on street vending; and resistance again mediates the impact of the lack of microfinancing on street vending. However, the direct effect of urban culture on street vending is not significant, while the lack of microfinancing positively influences the spread of operating businesses on the sidewalks of traditional markets ( Al-Jundi et al, 2022 ). The dataset can be used to examine the relationships between constructs as suggested by the theoretical justification.…”

“…Since the article's objective is to predict the impact of technostress-creators and technostress-inhibitors on the different technostress manifestations, the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is the methodology that allows for meeting this objective, given its predictive power, (Hair et al, 2017 ; Weidlich and Bastiaens, 2017 ; García-Fernández et al, 2018 ; Shmueli et al, 2019 ; Tan et al, 2020 ; Zhang et al, 2020 ; Dash and Paul, 2021 ; Al-Jundi et al, 2022 ).…”
