The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic Situation on Foreign Employees in the Manufacturing Industry; Case Study Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all sectors, including the manufacturing and service sectors. This study determined the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on foreign employees in manufacturing in Nakorn Pathom Province, Thailand. Data were collected from 400 employees by random sampling. Percentage and Pearson Correlation were calculated for statistical analysis. The findings showed that this affected the job, work schedule, relationships with coworkers, working hours,situation with dismissal, and family life.The characteristics of respondents were positive between variable studies for the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on foreign employees in the manufacturing industry.
