The aim of the article is to review the current literature in the field of agritourism. The data for the analysis was collected from the Web of Science database from 1990–2022: a total of 1,834 bibliometric publication records. The article presents both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results indicated five main research areas: (a) the impact of the attitudes of the community on the perception and management of ecotourism and agritourism; (b) the impact of models of the perception of the quality of services in agritourism on customer satisfaction; (c) the quality of services and tourist culinary experiences that motivate the choice of agritourism destinations; (d) the typology of agritourism farms and their differentiation in the development of rural tourism; (e) the impact of state policy on the management of rural tourism and agritourism. The limitations of the conducted research, which mainly concern the methodological part, should also be borne in mind: including the selected publication database, and search criteria such as publication year or language.

O turismo consolidou-se como uma importante atividade para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico de localidades que apresentam atrativos naturais. Contudo, existem aspectos que precisam ser considerados, como os impactos causados por ele. Neste estudo, objetivou-se analisar as práticas ecoturísticas e as ações pró-conservação da natureza associadas, bem como identificar os atores sociais envolvidos, suas percepções e intervenções no município de Carrancas, no estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil. Para a coleta de dados, utilizou-se de ferramentas metodológicas de Diagnóstico Rápido Participativo. A análise contou com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa e, para validação do método, realizaram-se reuniões públicas com apresentação e discussão dos dados. Os resultados contemplaram aspectos ligados à divulgação do destino ecoturístico, à percepção dos visitantes e da comunidade local. Concluiu-se que as áreas naturais com visitação turística em Carrancas ainda não se enquadram nos conceitos das práticas ecoturísticas, pois os diferentes setores do turismo local contribuem para a vaga compreensão sobre o que é o ecoturismo, bem como apresentam variados interesses que não se comunicam e não ressaltam os seus benefícios e formas de se planejar o ecoturismo, impedindo seu estabelecimento de fato.

This study aims at identifying the drivers of residents' pro-tourism behaviours. First, it investigates the influence of service quality and destination attractiveness (DA) on attitudes towards tourism and destination image (DI). Second, it examines the impact of tourist attitudes on destination loyalty (DL) and pro-tourism behaviour. Finally, it investigates the influence of DI on destination loyalty and pro-tourism behaviour. A descriptive study is conducted using a survey of 205 Albaha residents. The findings indicate that service quality has a positive influence on the DI. Additionally, the results show that DA is positively associated with attitude towards tourism. Furthermore, they demonstrate that attitudes towards tourism have a positive relationship with pro-tourism behaviour. Finally, the empirical findings reveal that DI is positively associated with DL. This study aids in the identification of the determinants of residents' pro-tourism behaviour by the government and organizations involved in the tourism industry. The research's conclusions will direct practitioners of tourism marketing's efforts to promote tourism activities in Saudi Arabia.
