The impact of technological heredity on the accuracy of obtaining dimensions during the parts machining

Abstract: The article considered the issues of the impact of technological heredity on the accuracy of obtaining dimensions during the machining of machine parts. The authors analyzed the influence of technological heredity on accuracy and quality of parts. The issues of ensuring the accuracy of processing and the dependence of the accuracy of obtaining dimensions in various locating charts are considered. Based on the theoretical analysis, the calculation was carried out, analyzing the technical processes of critical p… Show more

“…It is known that during the finishing processing of surfaces, their quality received from previous passes affects the machining accuracy based on the principle of inheritance. In this case, the cutting force, its range of change and maximum value play an important role [8][9][10][11][12]. Therefore, in addition to the individual coaxiality errors formed during cutting of conical threads in different directions, the coaxiality errors of smooth conical surfaces under the thread also is a source of component of the overall thread alignment errors of threads formed by inheritance.…”

“…The specified errors in the shape of the workpieces on a certain scale are transferred to the manufactured parts and to the objects assembled from them [10,11]. In [11], the effects of technological heredity on the accuracy of obtaining dimensions during machining of machine parts were considered. Schemes for determining allowances for intermediate machining operations are considered.…”
