The impact of sociodemographic and clinical factors on the degree of acceptance of the disease among people with Crohn’s disease

Abstract: StreszczenieWprowadzenie. Choroba Leśniowskiego-Crohna jest pełnościennym odcinkowym procesem zapalnym, który może wystąpić w każdym odcinku przewodu pokarmowego -od jamy ustnej aż do odbytu. Dotyczy szczególnie młodych ludzi: szczyt zachorowania przypada na 16.-25. r.ż. Raz rozpoznana choroba Leśniow-skiego-Crohna towarzyszy danej osobie już przez całe życie, podczas którego następują zaostrzenia i remisje.
