The Impact of Periodontal Therapy on Periodontal Patient with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Diabetes is a common among general population with many oral manifestations; persistent deprived glycemic control has been associated with the incidence and progression of diabetes related complications including gingivitis and periodontitis which the most common cause of tooth loss, evidence suggests that periodontitis affects glucose control in diabetes.
