Abstract:Polyacrylates and polysiloxanes are polymers used in pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) patches. Liquid additives are co-solvents of the active substances or permeation enhancers, and their compatibility with the polymeric matrix and the effect on adhesive properties should be considered.
