The impact of humic acid additives on mineral metabolism of rabbits in the postnatal period of ontogenesis

Abstract: Humic acids are characterized by chelating properties due to which they are able to influence the mineral metabolism in animals. Rabbits have species-specific characteristics of mineral metabolism, which distinguishes them from most species of mammals. For the experiment, 16 rabbits of 45-day-old of Hyplus breed were divided into the experimental and control group of 8 rabbits in each. The animals were 15 days in the preparatory period. The rabbits of the experimental group received humic acid additive individ… Show more

“…Such studies are undoubtedly promising and original. The new molecules obtained in this way exhibit a wide range of biological activity, and most of them are low-toxic, which is undoubted of great importance [7,8]. It is also interesting that the introduction of various pharmacophores into the molecule leads to the formation of new properties, which certainly opens opportunities for creating a new "ideal" compound.…”

“…The analysis of this indicator in toxicological studies makes it possible to identify the target organ of the toxicant, to identify signs of endocrine-related effects. The unique properties of 1,2,4-triazole make this heterocycle very attractive for research (Bihdan et al, 2019;Hunchak et al, 2020). Studies have shown the high reactivity and low toxicity of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives and the prospect of their use as potential biologically active compounds.…”

“…Ензими каталізують процеси метаболізму білків, жирів і вуглеводів (Martyshchuk & Gutyi, 2019;Martyshuk et al, 2019;Khalak et al, 2019;Hunchak et al, 2020). При різних паразитологічних захворюваннях у крові тварин змінюється якісний та кількісний склад ензимів, що відображає інтенсивність і спрямованість розвитку патологічного процесу.…”
