Information technology had an incredible effect on all parts of life and the worldwide experienced key change in present economy. Information Technology has extremely genuine effect in the greater part of ventures and in all parts of the economy, while organizations and endeavours keep on undergoing impressive changes. Utilization of these advancements is upsetting the principles of business bringing about an auxiliary change of endeavours. Present day organizations are impractical without the help of data innovation, which is significantly affecting the tasks of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) and it is guaranteed to be fundamental for the survival and development of economies in general. SME is attracting consideration created and developing nations and also experiencing substantial change in nations. It is for the most part is perceived that SME assumes a key phase in the renewal and improvement of the national economy in numerous countries and especially with regards to Kosova. It is empowering the enhancement of SME and the phase that SME division can play in advancing monetary and social enhancement by making open doors for work. These segments are portrayed and talked about while greater research and thinks about on the reception of information innovation in SME in Kosova are proposed as essential.

Human assets play a very important in the survival of small firms. There are prominent studies from developed and developing countries exploring the human resource practices among small firms. From the perspective of Resource Based View, human resources are regarded as potential assets that are indispensable for sustainability of all firms. Studies concentrating on human resource practices from small and large firms' perspectives are abundant. Still there are fewer studies which view the importance and factors for fostering workers retention from the purview of plant workers of small firms in developing countries. The objective of the study is to explore workers retention factors among plant workers and whether it differs significantly sector wise. The study confirms that human resource retention factors are important for retaining plant workers among small manufacturing firms. The findings also proves that there is significant differences in workers' retention factors with respect to demographic characteristics of workers. The study underlines that small manufacturing firms are relatively less conscious to retain workers in the plant thus leading to their instability.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the development of a country's economy by providing employment and using local resources; they also have the ability to quickly adapt to external and internal changes and technological developments due to their flexible nature. The development of SMEs continues to be encouraged, but there are many complex factors that impact their development, primarily focused on the lack of resources. This study seeks to determine priority sectors for developing SMEs and business units that offer the greatest potential opportunities. This study uses the AHP method, which is widely used in Multiple-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). Out of the five criteria analyzed, human resources was the priority factor (28.1%) that must become the main focus for Yamaru enterprise. The results of this study can be adopted by other SMEs.
