Abstract:The long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) GAS5 can be a marker for early diagnosis and
postoperative follow-up in the patients with prostate cancer, whereby lower
levels of GAS5 correlate with tumorigenesis and unfavourable clinical
course. Expression of the GAS5 can be affected by rs145204276 polymorphism,
