The impact of GAS5 rs145204276 on development and prognosis of prostate cancer

Abstract: The long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) GAS5 can be a marker for early diagnosis and postoperative follow-up in the patients with prostate cancer, whereby lower levels of GAS5 correlate with tumorigenesis and unfavourable clinical course.
