The Impact of Emotional Experiences of Innovation Champions on Innovation Outcomes

Abstract: This article aims to explore the impact of emotions and behaviours of innovation champions on organisation innovation outcomes. Our research suggests that champions do not necessarily contribute to successful outcomes.
