THE Impact of Disruption on the Relationship Between Exploitation, Exploration, and Organizational Adaptation

Abstract: Firms should deploy exploration and exploitation to foster organizational adaptation. Previous research on exploration and exploitation lacked a focus on disruption implications in different contexts.
