Abstract:Objective: To perform a meta-analysis of observational studies addressing whether Dispatcher Assisted Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (DACPR), compared with independent Bystander Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BCPR), increases the rates of BCPR, and whether they alter survival outcomes in out-of-hospital cardiac arrests (OHCA).
