The impact of customer knowledge and marketing dynamic capability on innovation performance: an empirical analysis

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to explore the intermediary role of marketing dynamic capability (MDC) in the relationship between customer knowledge management (CKM) and product innovation performance (PIP).
