The Impact of Crisis Management on Employee’s Performance in the Yemeni Oil and Gas Industry

Abstract: This study examines the impact of crisis management on employee’s performance in the Yemeni oil and gas industry. Crisis management was measured by two dimensions; crisis preparedness and crisis prevention.
