The Impact of Chinese FDI on Economic Growth in North Africa
Abstract:Recently, the eyes of the world have been steadfastly concentrating on the different sources of economic progress in developed and developing countries. This paper aims to examine, the impact of Chinese foreign direct investments (FDI) on economic growth. Using panel data estimation fixed effect on six North Africa countries of the period from 2003 to 2015. The study findings show that Chinese-FDI inflows have no significant impact on economic growth.
