“…The ECN, often characterized as a task-positive network, mainly encompasses dorso-lateral prefrontal cortex, posterior parietal cortex, angular gyrus and occipital cortex, and is associated with the performance of cognitively demanding tasks (Sridharan et al ., 2008).
