The recent decade has included huge achievements in the development for information technologies in healthcare. Now, these technologies can be employed as part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Information technologies in healthcare are crucial to store, manage and exchange the clinical data. On the other hand, the success or failure of a specific technology relies on the acceptance to use that technology. There is a need to assess the user's technology acceptance prior to the development or improvements for that technology. The study objective is to systematically review the studies that empirically had evaluated the acceptance of technology in healthcare through the technology acceptance model (TAM), its extensions and integrated models based on it. Also, the study will highlight the various studied technologies in healthcare arena, and how these technologies can be utilized to provide the health services, as a respond to the on-going pandemic. PRISMA guidelines were used to perform the review; and the search process has been completed using six digital libraries: Google Scholar, PubMed, IEEE Xplore, Springer Link, ACM, and Science Direct. Out of 1768 studies, a total of 99 empirical studies were found to be eligible and included in this study. A thorough statistical analysis was achieved, to understand the situation of technology acceptance as in the recent decade. The analysis included the key factors, as they were extensively utilized to clarify the technology acceptance, along with the key confirmed hypotheses to build robust and valid technology acceptance models in healthcare. It was found that electronic records, tele-medicine and mobile health solutions have attracted the most of researchers in the last ten years. Where the acceptance of those solutions was explored, through various user types and settings, within different countries particularly Taiwan and the United States; who are leading this research domain.

Knowledge Management processes present a vital role in improving AI systems and algorithms. Many studies and reviews were carried out to examine the relationship between KM processes and AI systems. However, studies were focusing on specific methods and the impact on some AI algorithms, neglecting the role of other KM processes and how it may affect the AI system to achieve the objective, which reduces the adoption in some organizations. The current study shows the relation between KM processes and AI systems from a higher perspective, giving different options to apply other KM processes for the same AI algorithm to reduce any implementation challenges and enhance the adoption level. The review looks into 16 studies collected from a different database from 2014 to 2019. The main finding of the research was the massive impact of some KM processes like knowledge acquisition and knowledge creation on the different types of AI systems and algorithms to give an additional option for organizations during the implementation. Additionally, the research finds that most of the studies agree on the positive relationship between knowledge management processes and the role-plays to enhance AI systems and algorithms. Finally, the study shows a decrease in the number of researches done for this topic in the selected databases, which can be enhanced by other researchers by examining other databases to increase results accuracy.

Knowledge management is a fundamental process and an imperative framework on which organizations achieve competitive advantages. Companies realize that to benefit from the wide range of knowledge available, they must find ways of managing organizational knowledge. However, how companies manage their knowledge is dependent on the activities performed within the organization. Proper planning and implementation of a knowledge management tool allow the company to achieve its objectives while increasing the profit margin. This report provides an analysis of knowledge management in the Plisse Fashion Design Company. The study utilizes interviews as its primary data collection approach. In addition, by carefully examining the accomplished and most distinctive work as well as closely analyzing Plisse's particular case and current knowledge management practices, the study produces various potential areas of improvements. The recommended areas come from the literature review and analyses of case studies. The significant areas of knowledge management are planning and workflow management. Organizations are advised to establish plans and useful tools to exploit the existing knowledge in their departments fully.
