Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technological tool used in the sustainable construction process, beginning with the planning phase and continuing through the construction and post-construction phases. BIM has excellent capabilities and is being adopted by construction service providers in the process of implementing sustainable construction. However, many barriers remain in the adoption process, particularly with regard to the intention to use it. The purpose of this study was to determine the intention to implement BIM based on the variables of benefits and barriers. In order to parse the phenomena that occur in research, this study employed a quantitative method. Survey data in the form of a questionnaire were collected from the Special Region of Yogyakarta using a purposive sampling method for this study. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Form to respondents from the construction sector (Civil & Architectural Engineering) and BIM application users (students, workers). The findings of this study have provided an overview of the challenges and benefits of implementing BIM in sustainable construction. The barriers presented are financial, technological, and policy barriers, depending on the company's classification, while the benefits presented are environmental benefits and innovation.

Along with the development of the construction service industry today, which is increasingly complex, construction service actors must carry out better project management so that the planned design can be realised properly. Before carrying out a construction project, the parties will agree on a legal basis in the form of a letter of agreement or a contract. In the execution of construction contracts, sometimes there are differences in interpretation and other things that can cause claims or claims. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the potential risk factors of claims on construction contracts, what are the variables of potential claim risk on construction contracts, what are the variables of claims-forming models, what are the causes of risks in model-forming variables and what are the improvement recommendations produced in this study. The data collection method for this questionnaire was obtained by distributing the questionnaire three times. The results to be achieved in this study are to be able to determine the potential risks of what factors and variables can cause construction claims (first questionnaire), find out the variables of the claim-forming model (second questionnaire), and find out the causes of risk in the model-forming variables (third questionnaire). By knowing the level of influence of factors and variables, conclusions can be drawn about what needs to be anticipated in construction claims. Thus, appropriate recommendations are given to the West Papua Provincial Government to regulate the articles in the contract in more detail to minimise the potential for construction claims

The construction sector is essential to a country's economic growth and development. This is why the construction of building projects is one of the most pressing concerns for the Indonesian government. The industrial sector has become increasingly dynamic and responsive to the challenges of building projects due to technological advancements. One example is the Building Information Modelling (BIM) 5D, an emerging technology integrating project implementation time and costs into a 3D model. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the success factors of BIM 5D implementation on the time and cost performance of high-rise building construction projects at Campus-II UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This was achieved through a quantitative research method using a questionnaire completed by 62 respondents: the project manager, site manager, engineering head, and site engineer. Moreover, descriptive statistics were utilized to examine the frequency distribution of concentration measures and data distribution on sample characteristics and variables. The findings showed that the factors of tender document, human resources, BIM software, planning process and production process simultaneously positively affected the construction project's cost and time performance.
