Abstract:A multichain polypeptide poly-dl-alanyl-poly-l-lysine (A--L) was immunogenic in guinea pigs randomly bred and of inbred strain 2 and non-immunogenic for guinea pigs of inbred strain 13. The immune response to A--L in randomly bred guinea pigs was not related to the ability to respond to a DNP-p(Lys) conjugate.
