The Happy Worker

Abstract: Conventional wisdom and management theory both support the “happy–productive worker” thesis. Extensive investigation has found qualified support for the impact of employee job happiness on their performance. In this chapter, practical suggestions are made on how to introduce workplace initiatives capable of improving the quality of employees' life and job performance.
