“…Laboratory studies showed the following results or values: serum urea, electrolytes, thyroxine, HBD, TPHA, and ANF, normal or negative; plasma glucose, normal; com¬ plete blood cell count, normal; chest roentgenogram, normal; and vitamin B12, 2000 pg/mL (1475 pmol/L).
