The Growth and Distribution of Carcass Fat in Fattening Steer of Different Breeds

Abstract: ABSTRAKStudi tentang pertumbuhan dan distribusi lemak karkas dilakukan pada tiga bangsa sapi pedaging kastrasi yang memasuki fase penggemukan. Penelitian melibatkan 23 ekor sapi brahman, 24 ekor hereford dan 22 ekor persilangan brahmanxhereford dengan kisaran bobot hidup 300-600 kg.
