The paper brings information on grinding cement with high proportions of slag in the presence of amine alcohols grinding aids. Grind respectively blended cement with 20%, 50%, and 80% granulated blast furnace slag and analyse the evolution of the specific surface area at various grinding times and grindability. Results show that the specific surface area of belended cement depends on the content of slag and the type and ratio of grinding aid, and grindalility of the cement is also affected by grinding aids.

Neutron and X-ray Scattering narrow fractions of ceramic particles for use as standards, within the range of 0.1-100 //m, using an X-ray analyzer Sedigraph.Masinde and Hickey (Til) described a method for the preparation of aqueous suspensions of poly (lactic acid) microspheres (4.2 µ ). MISCELLANEOUSPark et al. (Ul) measured the "strength" of particle aggregation by exposing metal oxide samples to a calibrated ultrasonic field and following the change in the particle size distribution. Particle size measurements were used to characterize the granular composition of historical plaster and mortar from the Spilberk Castle in city of Brno, Czech Republic. Ii and co-workers (U3) determined the particle size distribution of aerosols resulting from indoor cooking of scrambled eggs, fried chicken, and soup. The results of this research effort gave median particle diameters of 40, 50, and 30 nm, respectively.
