She earned her B.S. (2016), M.S. (2018), and Ph.D. (2020) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Dr. Newhart's research focuses on big data applications for engineered environmental systems, as well as modern engineering education topics such as digital literacy.
