The Gray Correlation Research on the Sustainable Development of Beijing and Industrial Structure Based on 3EDSS

Abstract: This paper will research the relationship between the Beijing industrial structure and the sustainable development through the 3EDSS which provides an all-round, multi-level international index data inquiry, statistics, analysis and computation function and grey correlation analysis theory, analysis the degree of association between each industry and GDP, energy consumption elasticity coefficient, sulfur dioxide emissions of Beijing, thus putting forward some suggestions for Beijing to the sustainable developm… Show more

“…The 3EDSS system uses the human-computer interaction method to analyze the index data and apply the mathematical model. It can provide decision-makers with policy advice guidance, improve energy-economy-environment sustainable development, and reflect the significance of decision support [14]. In addition, the global Energy Architecture Performance Index (EAPI) and Global Energy Interconnection Development Index (GEIDI) are well-known in the world.…”

“…In this paper, the guiding ideology of building 3E decision support platform includes the focus of the 3E sustainable development (You et al, 2011), the integration of Beijing and China Major cities' 3E indicator data in ten years (Wang et al, 2009b), the OLAP analysis tools, common computing analysis tools, the latest achievement of scientific research, as well as policies and regulations in the recent years. Figure 2 describes the framework of the 3E decision support platform (Wang and Shen, 2009 This paper provides a definition for the specific functions of the 3E decision support platform, including the mathematical computation software, the comparative analysis (Liu et al, 2012b), the OLAP analysis, the prediction and warning (Wang et al, 2009a), and the applied research (Wang et al, 2011a).…”
