The genome sequence of the Black Lace-weaver spider, Amaurobius ferox (Walckenaer, 1830)

Sérgio Henriques

Abstract: We present a genome assembly from an individual female Amaurobius ferox (the Black Lace-weaver; Arthropoda; Arachnida; Araneae; Amaurobiidae). The genome sequence is 3,564.8 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 23 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X1, X2 and X3 sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 14.24 kilobases in length.
