The future role of ergonomics databases

Abstract: Various ergonomics databases are reviewed which are based on traditional information technology and are currently available in Europe. Three future developments are then discussed, one relating to hardware features, the useof CD-ROM, and the other two to software features, the use of hypertext and expert systems.
