The Frenchay Activities Index. Assessment of functional status in stroke patients.

Abstract: Assessment of functional status in stroke patients is of major importance in both clinical practice and outcome studies. The Frenchay Activities Index has been developed specifically for measuring disability and handicap in stroke patients.
