“…The gingivobuccal complex (GBC), includes the buccal mucosa, upper and lower gingivobuccal sulci, alveolus and retromolar trigone, is a common subsite for oral cancer. 1 Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the GBC is uncommon substructure and silicone (one-piece) prosthesis was implemented to address the cutaneous cheek defect taking into account history of recent radiotherapy and comprehensive medical history.
