“…1 Allergische Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen machen weniger als 2% aller unerwünschten Arzneimittelwirkungen aus und sind noch nicht vollständig geklärt. 6 Es ist jedoch bekannt, dass je nach Arzneimittel unterschiedliche Mechanismen eine Rolle spielen und dass zusätzliche Faktoren wie Virusinfektionen ebenfalls beteiligt sein können. 7 Obwohl Pembrolizumab theoretisch zu den CAEs beitragen könnte, sprachen die ausgeprägten klinischen und histopathologischen Befunde bei unseren Patienten -wie Dyskeratose, apoptotische Keratinozyten und ein oberflächliches perivaskuläres Infiltrat mit vereinzelten Eosinophilen,2-4 zusammen mit der negativen DIF -in erster Linie für die Diagnose einer EV-induzierten Toxizität.…”
