The first record of the eggs of black wing flyingfish Hirundichthys rondeletii (Valenciennes, 1846) in the Turkish nearshores of the Aegean Sea (Gümüldür)

Abstract: Flyingfish belong to the family Exocoetidae and are generally characterized by their pectoral fins that are high on the sides, strikingly long, and always extending beyond the dorsal fin. Pelvic fins are abdominal in position and greatly enlarged in many species, which are called fourwinged fish (Parin, 2002).
