The First Insight into the Hereditary Fusion Gene Landscape of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Abstract: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive nervous system disease that causes loss of muscle control. Over 30 mutated genes are associated with ASL. However, 90-95% of ASL cases have been found without a family history.
