The Feedback Mechanism of Carbon Emission Reduction in Power Industry of Delayed Systems

Abstract: Carbon emissions of power industry in China have accounted for more than half of the total emissions. How to decrease them is important for realizing carbon emission reduction. This paper proposes a carbon market feedback mechanism to power market, comprehensively considering the influence of generation structure, carbon intension, and technological progress on carbon emission reduction in power industry, and builds a potential model based on dynamic system. Operation system results show that the increasing tr… Show more

“…The data selected in this paper mainly comes from the official statistical bureau (http://edu.bjsta ts.gov.cn/), and some parameters can be referenced in the literature. 27,28 Fixed parameters such as GDP, output value of various industries, and population are all picked from the Beijing Statistical Yearbook of the year. The relative parameters have been calculated based on historical data, and the average value is taken as the parameter setting value in the system.…”

“…Carbon cost is a branch of environmental cost, which is based on carbon emission and carbon price, and combines traditional cost and total life cycle theory to measure the cost incurred by enterprises due to the reduction of carbon emission. For the accounting of carbon cost, it mainly includes based on the theory of environmental cost accounting [3] and the theory of total life cycle of products [4], etc. There are also scholars who amend the environmental cost to include the carbon emission of each process into the accounting of environmental cost, or compare and analyze the carbon cost management with the traditional cost management to account for the carbon cost expenditure of the enterprise [5].…”
