Abstract:Abstract. Picosecond laser was employed to drill through holes on alloy of GH2132 by helical technique.The effects of repetition rate and processing time on the qualities of through holes were investigated.Morphology of holes of irradiated areas were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicated the repetition rate had major effection on through hole quality and machining efficiency.With the repetition rate of 100kHz, the multi-scale through holes could be machined.It was demonstrated tha… Show more
