The Factors Affecting the Non-dipper Pattern in Japanese Patients with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Abstract: Objective Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is assumed to influence the circadian blood pressure (BP) fluctuation, particularly causing nocturnal hypertension and changing the dipping pattern of nocturnal BP.
