The Expression of EIF2S3 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Its Prognostic Significance

Abstract: Background: Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2 subunit gamma (EIF2S3) is a component of eIF2 ,which functions in the early steps of protein synthesis by forming a ternary complex with GTP and initiator tRNA and binding to a 40S ribosomal subunit.
